From infants to school age kids, we encourage positive healthy relationships with everyone they interact with. Learning to communicate with other children and adults is an especially important skill. Our teachers and staff create a warm and supportive environment so your child will have the confidence to speak up and speak out. Building self-esteem at a young age is so important and we strive to ensure each child feels comfortable being themselves. We teach each child to engage both verbally and nonverbally so they can learn how to explore and interact with the world around them.

Physical activity is just as important as academics to a child’s well-being. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind and we want to make sure your child has both. We offer a wide range of learning activities to keep your child active and engaged in the classroom. Our teachers immerse each child in a world of fun and learning through dance, exercise, sports, and team building activities. Developing their fine and gross motor skills, mobility, and coordination through these activities help give each child the confidence to try new things. We provide a safe and secure environment to explore, play, develop, and grow.
Our program is designed to foster a growing mind, to encourage problem solving, critical thinking, language development, and reading and math skills. Our goal is to have each child able to read, write, and have math skills at or above kindergarten level when they leave our facility. We know that each child is different, and we meet them where they are and give them individualized attention to help them shine brighter than ever.
One of the things that we take pride in here at Rise and Shine is partnering with child therapists. We are willing to incorporate a child’s action plan into our learning environment to help ensure children are getting consistent help when they are in our care. We want to mirror the things your child is working on at home to continue to help them improve and progress while immersing them in an active learning environment that keeps them engaged and trying.
Our main objective with this program is to meet each child where they are and give them the specific tools they need to succeed in the way that is best for them. By allowing them to progress at their rate with an abundance of encouragement, this program gives children a balanced learning experience that will give them one on one attention and group learning.
